John Deere Service ADVISOR & Parts Advisor

Choose John Deere Service Advisor, John Deere Parts Advisor, or the combined Parts & Service Advisor package. Select your preferred option from the Package menu before checkout. The software included depends on the package you choose.

• John Deere Service Advisor: Service ADVISOR 5.4 (2025) with Agriculture, Construction, Forestry & DTACs modules. Minimum 600 GB free storage space required.
• John Deere Parts Advisor: Parts Advisor software. Software size: 100 GB. This option is separate from Service Advisor and does not include its diagnostic software.
• Parts & Service Advisor: Includes both Service ADVISOR 5.4 (2025) and Parts Advisor. Allow storage for both packages; the 100 GB Parts Advisor size is additional to Service Advisor's storage requirement.

Service Advisor Features

John Deere Service ADVISOR is OEM diagnostic and repair software for professional workshops, farm maintenance teams, fleet operators, and mobile agricultural and construction technicians. It enables communication with supported John Deere ECUs to read and clear fault codes, view live machine data, access repair manuals and DTACs (Dealer Technical Assistance Contacts), perform calibrations, run guided diagnostic tests, and carry out supported service functions.

These diagnostic functions apply to packages that include Service Advisor, not the Parts Advisor-only option.

Service Advisor System Requirements

• Windows 10 / Windows 11 (64-bit recommended)
• Minimum 600 GB free storage space required for Service Advisor
• Minimum 8 GB RAM recommended
• Internet connection required for the remote installation session

Parts Advisor software size: 100 GB. If selecting the combined package, allow additional storage for Parts Advisor alongside Service Advisor.

2. For packages including Service Advisor, we contact you to schedule a remote installation session.
3. Our technician installs and activates Service Advisor on your PC remotely.
4. Use Service Advisor with lifetime access and no recurring subscription fees.
